We're in search of a driven and proficient IT Engineer to become a valued member of our dynamic team at 'Atellos.' As an IT Engineer within our organization, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting, executing, and upholding our clients' IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will encompass offering technical support, conducting troubleshooting, and guaranteeing smooth operations for our clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage IT systems, networks, and infrastructure for clients.

  • IT Ticket Investigation and Resolution Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues effectively and efficiently.

  • Deliver technical support and guidance to clients, both in-person and remotely.

  • Efficiently diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure top-notch IT solutions and service delivery.

  • Execute system maintenance, upgrades, and updates to boost performance and security.

  • Conduct routine system audits and monitoring to uphold optimal functionality and security.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or similar experience

  • Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, and cybersecurity protocols.

  • Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting and problem-solving.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.)
