We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team, dedicated to managing the IT services for our valued clients. As an Account Manager at Atellos, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering strong relationships, and driving business growth through exceptional service delivery, all while upholding our commitment to excellence in IT solutions


  • Act as the primary liaison between our manufacturing and distribution clients and our organization, establishing and maintaining strong relationships built on trust and exceptional service.

  • Understand the specific business objectives and operational needs of our manufacturing and distribution clients, ensuring our IT services align and effectively support their strategic goals.

  • Oversee and manage the delivery of specialized IT solutions for manufacturing and distribution, collaborating closely with our technical teams to ensure client requirements are met and expectations exceeded.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for business growth within the manufacturing and distribution sector, collaborating with internal teams to propose and implement appropriate solutions tailored to their industry demands.

  • Conduct regular account reviews within the manufacturing and distribution segment to evaluate service performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

  • Ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing for specialized services provided to our manufacturing and distribution clients, coordinating with finance and other relevant departments as necessary.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven client-facing role in IT services, preferably in manufacturing and distribution.

  • Strong IT knowledge for manufacturing and distribution, simplifying technical concepts.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.

  • Focused on exceeding client expectations and driving business growth.

  • Skillful in managing multiple client accounts for specialized service delivery.
